PenFed Credit Union Rewards Program...Save $10,000 in Closing Costs!!

We've got you covered...

Save up to $10,000 of Your Closing Costs!

BHHS Penfed Realty and Penfed Credit Union have an affiliation promotion that pays up to $10,000.00 toward your closing costs!  Additionally, the loan origination fee, which is 1% of the loan amount, is waived! This means, for example, if you purchase a $400,000 house,  the additional $4,000 in settlement charges is waived.  It’s called the Realty Rewards Program and this is how it works:

When Frank represents a buyer or lists a house for sale, all buyers are eligible for up to $10,000 in paid closing costs and a waiver of the loan origination fee by agreeing to a few simple terms:

  1. Purchase a house that is listed by a BHHS Penfed Realtor or buy a house and use a BHHS Penfed Realtor as your agent.  This means that Frank can save you $$$ whether you are a buying or selling a house.
  2. Use Penfed Credit Union to finance the purchase.
  3. Use a Penfed affiliated Title Company to settle your loan.

It’s really just that easy.! Ask Frank how to save BIG on closing costs when you purchase your next home or sell your current home.  The Realty Rewards Program offers an outstanding savings opportunity simply based on your affiliation with Frank Taglienti, BHHS Penfed Realty and other PenFed affiliated companies.  No other realtor in your market can reward you with such an exceptional savings opportunity.  The Realty Rewards Program is not a loan, not limited to first time home buyers and is available at interest rates below the fixed rate market.  This promotion is available for all buyers who qualify for financing, so the next step is to get pre-qualified for your mortgage loan with Penfed Credit Union.  Additional terms and conditions do apply and are subject to change without notice.  For more details call Frank on 410-440-0824 or your local Penfed Credit Union Mortgage Loan Officer, Diane Edmonds on 410-279-2842.
